The crime was not that he was having sex whith a ride. His home is in a hostel which provided a cleaning service. Since he did not give indication that he desired privacy from the cleaning ladies ie: a "do not disturb" type sign. Since he did not respond to their knocking on the door. The cleaning ladies had the legal right to enter the room thus turning it from a private residence into a public area of the hostel. What he was arrested for was "a sexually aggravated disrespect of the peace by conducting himself in a disorderly manner and simulating sex."
