There were a couple of times when a tech came out and said I seem to have a higher voltage on my line then normal. But that was the only problem they found at that time. In the end,they put some small brass thing on the line and that ended the problem. But 6 different techs and all of them left confused with no roll. I ran speed tests at CNet.
